Research + Sources = Winning Combo. This AI-powered search tool is my go-to for gathering reliable information because it summarizes key points and cites sources. Bonus: it includes free access to DeepSeek 4! I’m on the free version for now, and my father is also a fan. Always remember to fact-check.

Bringing ideas to life with video is effortless with InVideo. Whenever I have a concept that needs visual storytelling, I turn to this tool. The free version has been enough so far, but an upgrade is on the horizon.

Still the GOAT of consumer AI! I use GPTs I’ve customised for myself and clients to streamline workflows, draft proposals, update profiles, summarize documents, brainstorm, and more. Plus, with ChatGPT Tasks, I now get daily AI news, motivational quotes, and affirmations in my inbox. Investing in the Plus version has been worth it.
AI is a helper and enabler, not a replacement.
These tools don’t replace the work I need to do, they enhance it. I wouldn’t hand off work to an intern or team-mate without guidance and checking. It is the same with AI. AI tools help me overcome writer’s block, speed up research, and execute tasks more efficiently. AI is an enabler, not my substitute.
